New Test Prints In!
I sent in a few models to get 3d printed as prototypes and they arrived today! I did a cluster series with several aggregate geometries in different lace patterns. One is a chunky bangle printed in nylon and gold plated stainless steel and the other are earrings printed in nylon and stainless steel. I think they came out great and I will be making a few minor adjustments before they are for sale. So excited! I wore the gold one all day.

Color
I've been experimenting with different types of paints and finishes. It's exciting to get a custom paint job on a piece instead of just solid color options.

3d prints in progress.....
Here are some more works in progress. A few bracelets remind me of Victorian mourning jewelry juxtaposed with bright colors, along with another aggregate series. I am interested in creating intricacy from volume and not from extruded patterns, which is the basis of how I model. These renders show potential color schemes.
New Series
I'm working on sending some prints out for the aggregate series which includes earrings and a chunky bangle bracelet. I'll be posting some renders soon as soon as these prints are out.

First test 3d prints in!
My first test print arrived! Like most 3d prints, it looks so much better in person. The look is intricate bone structures with a Victorian feel. This piece really reflects my architectural influence, which will play a large role in the design of the jewelry.
